M Series: TYPE MRP2

A distinctive multi purpose security seal with a thin but strong polyester foil face material. It has a very high tack rubber based adhesive backing which makes it suitable for use on smooth or uneven, also porous or non-porous surfaces. This security seal can be used in almost any application and whilst the polyester foil has a high tensile strength it will break easily around the security cuts if tampered with. The broken pieces of security seal will have to be removed but in most cases no adhesive residue is left on the surface.

 

M Series: TYPE MRS2

The face material of this security seal is a soft white polyethylene and has the same very high tack adhesive as the Type MRP2. Similar security cuts are also included but there is a 'stretch' capability, which makes the security seal particularly suitable for applications where there might be some movement of the item or the surface area after the security seal has been applied. The tamper evidence is similar to the Type MRP2 and removal should be carried out in the same way, leaving no residue on the application surface.

M Series: TYPE MVR

This security seal is supplied mainly to Security Police for use in surveillance activities. It was first developed for use in one of the UK's most prestigious buildings where covert security and protection is required. The face material is clear vinyl, which has a good tensile strength and is backed with a very high tack adhesive. The security seal normally has the special MARKITWISE interlocking security cuts and is normally printed with a U.V. (invisible) ink or foil consequently any tampering can easily be detected by using a U.V. light source.

M Series: TYPE MD

A heavy duty, maximum security seal designed for exterior use on drains, manhole or inspection covers etc. Made from vulcanised rubber this security seal has two strips of interlocking security cuts either side of the aperture. It is supplied with a high bond spray adhesive for ease of application or two strips of mastic on the export version. The heavy-duty material means that the security seal does not wear or fracture when in use, furthermore the flexibility makes it suitable for uneven or unstable surfaces with excellent resistance to adverse environmental conditions.

K Series: TYPE KR

Removable Adhesive Residue

An enhanced design material, which will replace the MARKITWISE Type K security seal. The aggressive adhesive backing makes it suitable for use on all surfaces. This seal is for applications where a residue of the security message is acceptable or required when the security seal is lifted. However residue is easy to remove before application of a replacement security seal. The standard colour is red and like all security seals in the range the surface will accept ballpoint pen or other markings. Security Seals can be supplied in any shape or size with customer text and design, however there is also a range of stock security seals, which are sequentially numbered for added security.

K Series: TYPE KNR

Non Residue

This security seal replaces the highly popular Type KN, it has a more aggressive adhesive, which makes it suitable for use on all surfaces. Initially developed for use as an Aviation Seal when aircraft 'Remain Over Night' but it can also be used 'In Flight' on doors or hatches that are not opened after each landing. In fact this security seal can be used in any application where no residue is a requirement. All three of the enhanced performance security seals, Types KR, KNR and KL are made from Mylar ®, an extremely strong polyester which is one of the most environmentally friendly polymer materials available. Basic colours are red or blue but there are eight differing colours available

K Series: TYPE KTL & KTL +

K Series: TYPE KL

Packaging Seals

Developed specifically to meet the needs of those responsible for the secure transportation of high value goods and merchandise. Type KL tamper evident seals can be used on all carton fibre and plastic packaging. It is a 'self voiding' material that separates permanently as a de-lamination if attempts are made to lift or remove it. They can be customised on the surface of the material and supplied in any shape, size or presentation format. Stock seals are also available in sizes 85 x 25 mm or 110 x 30 mm.

K Series: TYPE KC

Covert Seal

A clear vinyl material with a high tack adhesive where the security message is also produced as a transparent image. In most cases any design or customised text on the face is carried out with U.V. (invisible) foil blocking or screen-printing and sequential numbering can be in any colour. When the security seal is lifted the security message remains as a residue on the surface and can best be examined with a U.V. (ultra violet) light source. This security seal can be produced in any shape or size to suit customer requirements but there is also one stock size.
