The Secure Bottle Seal component specifications are as follows

 

Bolt End : It is a 9.5 mm diameter SS bolt and 65.2 mm in length A longer sized bolt end can be provided on demand for special applications. It has a heavy duty pull strength , has a strong shear strength and is resistant to heavy impact and bending

As a standard issue the seals are packaged as follows

• 1 bag = 10 bolts, 10 bottles
• 1 carton = 25 bags
• 1 carton has 250 seals as a standard.
• Carton dimensions of 280mm x 280 mm x 180 mm and weighs 22kgs with one kg bare carton weight.
